Vrijdag 16 augustus wordt van Blake Shelton ft. Trace Adkins de song “Hell Right” uitgebracht. Het nummer is geschreven door Hardy, David Garcia and Brett Tyler.

Het is onduidelijk of “Hell Right” oorspronkelijk is geschreven als een duet, maar Blake zegt dat hij dacht dat Trace Adkins een perfecte aanvulling op het nummer zou zijn. Naast het samen touren en Trace’s taak als adviseur voor Blake’s The Voice-team tijdens seizoen 14, werkten de twee ongeveer tien jaar geleden samen voor het nummer “Hillbilly Bone”.

“He’s got that low, deep, big voice, and he’s so great at he ad-lib stuff, and he just brings a certain quality to any recording that nobody else can touch,” Shelton says of Adkins. “I mean, the guy’s got so much personalty in his voice and the way he sings, and i still think that he’s one of the most underrated country artists out there.”
